Alison is greatly involved in the world of nutrition and acts as a nutritional consultant in many areas such as the food industry, local councils, charities and an array of different types of businesses helping them to deliver key projects nationwide.

To mention just a few:

Tower Hamlets - delivered education to residents of the Tower Hamlets community focusing on diet and diabetes – this involved over 25 Dietitians delivering sessions across the borough.

Danone - delivered 66 days of in-store sampling on the health benefits of Activia.

Market research and taste testing for numerous clients - We have taste tested seemingly everything including gammon, olives, health bars, pies and much more! This involves recruitment, data analysis and recommendations.

AC Health and Nutrition have also been involved in many expert witness cases for solicitors and also the HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council)

Since starting business in 2005, Alison has used her knowledge and experience to work with brands either as a brand ambassador or by creating engaging, evidence-based content to bridge the gap between commercial and health industries. Below are just a few examples:
