Alison Clark will prepare a delicious healthy buffet lunch (around an hour preparation time) ready for you and your employees to enjoy whilst you are all networking and team building. Much more satisfying than your traditional sandwich!
Alison will provide you all with the details of each dish including what you are eating, how the dish was created and why it is such a healthy choice. This information can be provided whilst you are all tucking in or after your delicious healthy lunch.
As a follow up, you will receive the fabulous recipes via Mailchimp so that you can give your favourites a try at home.

This year’s food demos will focus on breakfasts
- how to make a super charged breakfast to support and fuel your body and brain.
- how to boost the fibre for gut health.
- all this using everyday ingredients.
We will also demo a quick healthy sandwich filling for those who want to continue eating healthily at work but need inspiration. We put this on a 20% fibre cracker (yes you heard correctly!!) for fibre boosting properties.
Plus a super special treat from @bio&me at the end to support the employees behaviour change.
